What do you ship?
All products are available for shipping.
When do you ship?
Since all items are handcrafted, shipment will occur within 21 business days. If there will be any delay in shipping, you will be notified.
Where do you ship to?
We ship only to the lower 48 United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
How do you ship?
All items are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
What are the shipping rates?
We use flat rate shipping boxes to send all items. The rate varies based upon the current Post Office rates. You can learn more about those here.
Can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, tracking details will be emailed to you so you can follow your products delivery process.
How is the item packaged?
All items will be packaged in a way to ensure as little shifting as possible during delivery. While we do our best, we realize that there are instances when damage may occur. If you find that this has happened to you, please contact us immediately at [email protected]
CANCELLATION POLICY
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 48 hours of submission.
Will I get a refund?
The entire amount paid will be refunded within 5 days. This amount will include any applicable shipping charges.
RETURN POLICY
Can I return any products?
Yes. However, prior to returning, an email must be sent to stumpjumperdesigns.com for authorization. Item just be undamaged, including no attempt to mount beard or spurs with adhesive or other methods. If the product is found to have been used, then the item can can be returned.
When do items need to be returned?
30 days.
Where do items need to be returned?
The address and return details will be provided at the time of the request via email.
How do customers return items?
In order to return items, you must include the return email with the authorization for the return. Item must be well packaged in a box which will ensure it will not arrive damaged. If the item is damaged during delivery, a refund will not be issued.
Shipping for returns is at the cost of the customer (we will not cover those costs). In addition, initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
Credit for returns?
A credit will be issued using the same form of initial payment, less any shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
